OxyFree® oxygen absorbers can be used alone or in combination with current packaging methods of gas flushing or vacuum packaging to achieve the maximum results for food preservation.
- It is very difficult and expensive for gas flushing or vacuum packaging alone to achieve residual oxygen below 0.5% for the duration of preservation.
- It has been reported that mold can grow in as soon as 20 days at 25°C with 0.2% residual oxygen. Oxyfree® can remove and maintain the residual oxygen to below 0.01% and effectively prevent molding while greatly extending the shelf life that vacuum or gas flushing solutions cannot achieve alone.

OxyFree® oxygen absorber sachets can be applied by pouch insertion machines which are easily available on the market. We will also supply machinery to customers upon request. This solution can be easily integrated into your current production line.

OxyFree® DOES NOT MIX with FOOD. By applying OxyFree® label (OxyLabel™) to the inner wall of a food package, it minimizes the possibility of the product mixing with food products. Therefore the possibility of accidental ingestion will be avoided.
OxyFree® label (OxyLabel™) can be intentionally positioned behind the printings, graphic, labels, etc. of the current package so it is not visible from the outside. In this way, there is no visual impact to the look and feel of the current package design.
