Characteristics:

Very high rate of oxygen scavenging. Reaching oxygen-free (0.01%) in 5-6 hours after applied. Unique acceleration of rate to decrease loss of capacity before sealed in a food package. Best suited to protect perishable food against oxidation, rancidity, staling, discoloration, mold, and bacteria, etc. in a high moisture and high temperature environment, such as in a monsoon or summer season.

Application:

Food with high water content, or/ and oily, such as Chinese moon cake, pasty, pastry, birthday cake, bakery, bread, hamburg, glutinous rice dumpling, dried bean curd, etc.
